Wood Look Finish

Wood grain effect finishing is a special powder coating process based on the latest technology in the surface finishing. The wood grain finished aluminium profile is a perfect integration of the excellent aluminium properties with the natural appearance of natural resources such as wood, marble, etc. The process is using wood grain film or wood grain paper, wood grain pattern printed on the transfer film or paper on aluminum profile surface which has been powdered with the wood grain primer powder by vacuuming, and then sent to the baking oven for baking.
