- Iron Phosphate Pre-Treatment.
- Batch Dry-Off Oven
- Batch Powder Booth.
- Batch Cure Oven.

SRL Powder Coating Batch Process
- Parts are media blasted/chemically stripped if needed.
- Parts are loaded onto rack.
- Parts are moved to the pretreatment station that cleans, phosphates, and rinses.
- Parts are moved into the dry-off oven to remove water.
- Parts are moved to the powder booth, where the powder is electrostatically sprayed..
- Parts are moved into the cure oven.
- Parts are unloaded from rack.
- Parts are packed and ready for pickup/shipment.
Conveyor Process
- 430′ Overhead Conveyor Line
- 3 Stage Iron Phosphate Pre-Treatment Washer (6 Stage Coming Soon!!)
- 30′ Convection Dry-Off Oven
- Two+ Person Manual Powder Booth
- 8′ Infrared Heating Elements consisting of 64 lamps
- 30′ Convection Cure Oven
Part Capacities for Conveyor Process
- Large Part Capacity of 36″ W x 66″ H x 360″ L (3′ x 5.5′ x 30′)
- Part Weight Limit of 1,000 pounds
- Parts longer than 20′ are usually acceptable, but additional handling may apply.
SRL Powder Coating Conveyor Process
- Parts are media blasted/chemically stripped if needed.

- Parts pass through the pretreatment washer that cleans, phosphates, and rinses.
- Parts pass through the dryoff oven to remove water.
- Parts pass through the powder booth, where the powder is electrostatically sprayed.
- Parts are unloaded from the conveyor line.
- Parts are packed and ready for pickup/shipment.
